Basically this is an eBay based business - products are listed on ebay for a ‘Buy It Now’ price. Bidders generally – check out Sellers information – See other items and visit store. This means that the buyers are constantly driven to their eBay store by individual ‘Auction’ items as well as having regular ‘watchers’ and ‘followers’.

The orders come via eBay, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. There is an order cut-off time of 11am on business days for same day despatch via Australia Post who pick up from the owners home at 3pm each business day.
The eBay orders are entered into ‘e-parcel’ (Australia Post’ parcel system) via a 3rd party software program. The software does everything, then even prints you the label to apply to the package. There is no heavy lifting involved as all packages are under 2kgs each. When everything is complete they are left for Australia Post to pick up – it’s that easy!!
