Australian Training Strategies (ATS) is a marketing company for registered training organisations (colleges), their whole business is enrolling as many students as possible.

Currently ATS is run under management; the owner has two separate sales teams who pay all their own expenses and commissions to their teams.

One sales team currently focuses on north Brisbane and the other focuses more on Morayfield/Caboolture. The Sunshine Coast is also included.

Within these teams are sales managers who watch over their own teams and look to employ new sales staff when needed etc.
